"Morning Blend" video May 14, 2010
Bancroft Elementary School first grade teacher, Elizabeth Renner, and Bill Seidler, Jr., owner of Bancroft Street Market, were featured on Friday morning, May 14, 2010 on "The Morning Blend" on KMTV to discuss the first grade art show,"Through My Lens: A Child's Perspective." The project encouraged students to carefully observe their world, using individual disposable cameras to tell their unique stories.
International Festival 2009 video 1
On August 22, 2009, Bancroft Street Market was home of the first International Festival in Omaha, Nebraska. The festival attracted over 300 people, with many different cultural performances, music, dancing, foods, and crafts. The International Festival will be held again on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Bancroft Street Market!
